Tim founded Proctor Company in 1982. He offers a wealth of expertise in specialized tax, professional practice valuation, practice management and accounting services for dentists, physicians and other professionals. Tim is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Washington State Society of Certified Public Accountants. While with Proctor Company, he spent 12 years with Professional Value Corporation in its dental practice brokerage and valuation services, including litigation support. He is co-author of Buying or Selling a Dental Practice, is recognized as an expert in dental practice valuations by the courts and speaks extensively on dental practice valuations and management. Tim has been happily married for over 30 years, has one grown daughter, and is wildly passionate about world travel.
