Steve is highly experienced in tax planning for partnerships,
corporations, and individuals, and specializes in tax issues for family partnerships and limited liability companies. He helps start-up businesses with budgets, cash flow, forecasts and business development plans and has exceptional experience in health care professions. He successfully supports individuals and business clients in their efforts to negotiate and lower their tax in audit by federal and state agencies. Steve received his bachelor’s degree in Social Science in 1987 at the University of Hong Kong, his master’s degree in Professional Accounting at the University of Washington and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™. He joined Proctor Company in 1997. Steve is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Washington State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
